Question and Answer Time

As I am sitting here in Katie’s chair watching 4 little children play, I start thinking to myself that I should take all of your questions and answer them in a seperate post. This way I will have somethng to refer people to when they ask instead of having to type out the answer over and over again. It’s not that I am lazy. Really. I just think it will be less stressful for all of us if I do it this way. So ask away and later today I will post answers for you.

Did you see my last post in the “A little Shopping Excursion”? I wondered if you realized where you got your shopping habits? Katie is so blessed to have you do the shopping!! She gets to have such fun surprises when you come home!!

Of course I know where I picked up those habits! Katie is lucky she gets a break from me for so long when I go shopping!

Hey Jeff,
Was wondering how you all are. We prayed during the storms…I thought now they know why they need basements in Mo. When we go see my brother in La…we always stop at the “throwed rolls” restaurant. Funny to see y’all there. I have an idea for you….Can you put a photo of each kid with name and age? I get confused…they all start looking alike…that way I have a frame of reference…Oh and you COULD at about twenty pictures of Jodi :o). She is a GORGEOUS baby…simply beautiful. I need some info on nutrician and my little sleep walker. Our seven year old can occasionally sleep walk, but never out of a room…3:47AM our doorbell rang..They found her sleepwalking in their living room…they woke her up and boy was she confused. ACK! So our entire job is thinking of keeping her contained at night…have you dealt with this?

What do you consider to be a Dad’s tangible part in being the spiritual head of the home? I know each family operates so differently in this aspect.
How did you and Katie meet, fall in love and want to spend the rest of your lives together? I love hearing the male side of this! ;)
What was the journey the Lord took you on personally as a father that led you to adoption as well as having a large family? For instance were you always opened to both ideas or was it a process as life just unfolded? Who, between you and Katie, was initially more of the influence towards adoption and/or having a large family?

Well, how nosy can we be with our questioning??? LOL. My question i have wondered for years now is: What exactly do you do to bring in income? I know Katie has mentioned you have a movie making something or other…but we never hear about your “working”, LOL….some long lost relative making you independently wealthy? some really good investing years ago and now you are reaping the rewards? Yeah, i told you it was nosy….i can take it if you don’t wanna answer and just delete my question…but hey, given the opportunity, i just couldn’t pass it up :)
