Twice a week when I go to pick up milk I pass an old truck sitting along the road.  One day I decided to get out and snap a few pictures.  Here is a picture of one of the wheels.

When feeding a child with an NG tube it is very important to check the connection between the syringe and the feeding tube.  This was not the first time it had sprayed out, but it was the first time I got it in the face.
